Terms & Services
Last updated: March 1, 2026
Welcome to GoDehydrate (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Services (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at godehydrate.com, our mobile applications, online courses, coaching programs, newsletters, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase paid Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and consent to the minor’s use under your supervision. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@godehydrate.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Nature of Health and Nutrition Information
GoDehydrate provides educational content about diet, hydration, fitness, and general wellness. Unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific clinical program delivered by a licensed professional, our Services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with questions regarding a medical condition, medication interactions, eating disorders, pregnancy, or pediatric care. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on our website or heard in a coaching session.
Individual results from nutrition and fitness programs vary. Testimonials and case studies reflect real experiences but are not guarantees of similar outcomes. Emergency situations require immediate contact with local emergency services—not our support channels.
3. Telehealth and Professional Services
Certain membership tiers may include consultations with registered dietitians, nutritionists, or other licensed providers (“Providers”). Provider availability, scope of practice, and documentation standards are governed by applicable professional regulations. Providers may decline to treat or may refer you to in-person care when telehealth is inappropriate. You consent to receive communications electronically regarding appointments, intake forms, and follow-up materials.
4. Memberships, Billing, and Refunds
Paid plans are described on our Pricing page. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method. Prices may change with reasonable notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Refund eligibility depends on the plan purchased:
- Self-paced digital courses: refundable within fourteen (14) days of purchase if less than twenty percent (20%) of content has been accessed.
- Coaching memberships: first month refundable within seven (7) days if no live sessions have occurred.
- Clinical Plus plans: subject to professional service policies disclosed at enrollment.
To cancel, use your account dashboard or contact us via the website contact form. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior periods except as stated above.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) misuse the Services for unlawful purposes; (b) upload viruses, scrape content at scale, or attempt to bypass security; (c) harass staff, Providers, or other members; (d) share account access with unauthorized third parties; (e) reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary course materials without written permission; (f) use automated bots to register or submit forms; or (g) misrepresent your identity or health status in ways that could harm yourself or others.
6. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, videos, meal plans, worksheets, software, and design elements on the Services are owned by GoDehydrate or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial use while your subscription is active. You may not resell, publicly perform, or remove copyright notices from materials.
7. User Content and Feedback
If you submit reviews, forum posts, photos, or suggestions (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt such content for operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you own or have rights to User Content and that it does not violate privacy or intellectual property rights of others. We may moderate or remove User Content that violates these Terms or community guidelines.
8. Third-Party Links and Tools
The Services may link to external websites, app stores, payment gateways, or social platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GODEHYDRATE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PROVIDERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoDehydrate from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us and attempt good-faith resolution for at least thirty (30) days. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived to the extent allowed. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property misuse.
13. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and cancel active subscriptions.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, or conduct harmful to the community. Upon termination, licenses granted to you end, but sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
15. General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GoDehydrate regarding the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger or sale. Notices may be sent to the email associated with your account or posted on the website.
For questions about these Terms, please use our contact form or email hello@godehydrate.com.
